Dr. Ledia Mara believes God has blessed her with the gift of dentistry so she can change people’s lives. She is originally from Albania where she graduated from University of Medicine, Tirana with Master of Science degree in General Dentistry. After moving to the United States, she worked assisting other doctors in private practices and as well professors in Harvard Schools of Dental Medicine. She then went to attend the Advanced Standing Program at Boston University, Goldman School of Dental Medicine where she received her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree with Honors.
During dental education at Boston University, she received the “Excellence in Implantology” award in recognition of her high achievement in planning, placement, and restoring dental implants. After graduation, she moved to South Florida where she practices General Dentistry with focus on Full Mouth Reconstruction, Smile Design, Veneers and Invisalign. Dr. Mara is fully certified from the American Academy of Facial Aesthetics for providing Botox and Derma Fillers treatments. If you need a new smile, Dr. Mara is your person. In her free time she travels and enjoys reading psychological books.
